Working Group Onboarding

The Onboarding Working Group aims to provide research and transfer officers who are new to the field of science management with a point of contact for initial contacts within the association and a platform for exchange and networking. In this way, we want to help new colleagues actively integrate into the association, network with each other, and work with them to find out what support services can be helpful for a good start in their career and the association.

The Onboarding Working Group offers onboarding events each spring at the FORTRAMA annual conference and online in the fall.

The working group meets online every quarter to exchange ideas and plan activities.
