Organisational structure of FORTRAMA
The association is organised by a 10-member elected board (including a treasurer for finances), which is responsible for strategic management, and an advisory board, which contributes technical expertise. The management is responsible for the operational implementation of the board's decisions and day-to-day business. Below, we present the individual committees and their members.
Board and management
The board consists of up to 10 people who are elected by the general meeting for a term of two years. Two chairpersons are appointed from the board. The Executive Board is responsible for the strategic development of the network, the development of member services, day-to-day business, the administration of the association's assets, and the organisation and management of the General Assembly. The management team supports the Executive Board in its operational activities, organises Executive Board meetings and annual conferences, and participates in Executive Board meetings in an advisory capacity.
